LOCATION
The Hotel Naudi Boutique is located in Soldeu, in the parish of Canillo.
The hotel occupies a superb site at the foot of the Grandvalira sky slopes, with magnificent views of the Avet slope in Soldeu and the Àliga slope in El Tarter, both Alpine Ski World Cup venues.
Just 150 m from the foot of the Soldeu gondola lift, the hotel could not occupy a more strategic location!
And 2 km from the Hotel Naudi Boutique is the Incles Valley. This is an outstanding Andorran beauty spot, ideal for hiking and trekking and enjoying nature, as well as discovering the local flora and fauna and the typical local rustic buildings known as “bordes”.

PARKING
The hotel provides customers with free outdoor parking with a limited capacity of 23 parking spaces for vehicles and 3 motorbikes.
Please note that we do NOT reserve parking spaces. During busy seasons there may be no parking spaces available.
However, less than 100 m away you will find the Avet car park, a covered parking facility with 400 spaces. Please check with reception for availability and rates if you would like to reserve a parking space.
There is also the possibility of parking in the “Blue Zone” near the hotel, free of charge from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the following day.
NOTE: We have a charging station for electric vehicles, total space for 1 vehicle (service with an extra cost of €3 per hour).
Finally, we inform all our guests that the hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings left in vehicles, nor for any damage that may occur to said vehicles.

RECEPTION
Winter season: 24 hours, seven days a week (from December to April).
Summer season: from 8 am to 11 pm (June to November).
Check In Time: From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Before the stipulated time, the Hotel cannot guarantee that the room will be available.
Check Out Time: By 12:00 noon to prepare the room for new guests who want to enjoy a stay at Naudi.
Our Reception and Guest Service teams are at the guests' disposal to address any inquiries and requests regarding activities and service reservations, aiming to create the best possible experience during their stay at Naudi.

Dinner: From 20:00 to 22:30 (from 19:00 to 22:30 during the winter season)
As capacity is limited, guests are advised to reserve a table at our restaurant in advance.
The restaurant is also open to non-guests and without age restrictions.
*We have an allergen menu available, which you can consult in our online menu or directly at the restaurant.
Please note that the absence of traces in the preparation of our dishes cannot be guaranteed.

SKI LOCKERS
All our guests enjoy FREE (*) ski storage, individual and heated, at the foot of the Soldeu Gondola, during their stay at Hotel Naudi Boutique.
(*) CONDITIONS: The ski locker service is FREE for guests who have rented their ski equipment at SPORTS CALBÓ (Soldeu) or who bring their own equipment.
IMPORTANT: Ski boots, skis, snowboards, poles, etc., are not allowed in the establishment (common areas, rooms, restaurant, etc.).
For more information, please contact our reception team, who will inform you of the location of the ski lockers.
The establishment reserves the right to impose penalties and suspension of the right of admission on any guests who fail to comply with these internal rules.
WI-FI NETWORK
The hotel has a free wi-fi network for its guests during their stay.
Restaurant diners also have access to wi-fi.
Reception/restaurant staff will provide customers with network details and the password to access this service.
INFORMATION ABOUT PETS
Pets are welcome in the terrace area.
Note: Guide dogs have unlimited access to the entire establishment.

SMOKE-FREE HOTEL
NO smoking (tobacco, e-cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) is allowed in this establishment.
Guests are permitted to smoke on the hotel terrace.
FOOD & DRINKS
No outside food and drink is permitted in the guest rooms.
ROOM SERVICE
Room Service is available exclusively in the suites, on demand, during breakfast hours from 8:00 to 10:30 am.
IN-ROOM SAFE
A safe is available free of charge in all rooms. Guests are kindly advised to use it for the safekeeping of valuables.
The hotel accepts no responsibility for valuables not stored in the safe.
ACCESS FOR NON-GUESTS
Access to guest rooms is not permitted to persons who are not guests of the hotel.
